I started joined a company mid February of 2025 on a probationary basis which will end mid june( SAME YEAR).
Probation period. Attended work daily but received zero (Rs 0) traveling allowance during this entire period.

- 14 June 2025: Probation successfully completed.
- 20 November 2025: First written contract was provided to me- 5 months after probationary period ended. The document appeared to be a last-minute fabrication, backdated to 19 June 2025. It mentioned a determinate contract and a 3-month non-compete.
- 02 December 2025: Submitted my resignation.
- 16 December 2025: I resubmitted my resignation with pay in lieu of notice, terminating my contract immediately. At this point, the employer handed me a letter attempting to enforce a 6-month non-compete (an increase from the 3 months previously mentioned) when I returned the key at a commercial center told them i will not come to office but rather meet at 14:00 after threatening me with police threat ( if i do not return their fucking key pronto).
On the 18th i decided to file a complaint to labour office for arrears company owes me for travelling allowance.
The Labour Inspector sent them a letter of summoning for the 30th.
The same day i sent several emails and made some phone calls to the local tax revenue authorities to investigate on them. They are not aware of the tax authorities , but they will receive their letter on the 19th concerning labour office summoning.
On the 30th, during the confrontation i will begin by saying i have asked the tax revenue authorities to investigate on probable undeclared labour, especially for the months of febraury to july. since i have not receive any salary slips for my whole tenure there.
For me, it won't change shit, but for them it be very stressful, especially since they are understaff, no replacement for me. The summoning of the 30th. And receiving the news of a probable audit.
