Calling all battle-MECH COMMANDERS to action! Hey everyone! 
I would like to imput some ideas for our community in GameRanger. This idea includes an outline we can follow for the "Friday Night Fights" event on fridays when we get together for a few games. Lately as it seems, we usually only have a small amount of players for a possible 2v2. We are sitting in the game room for lengths of times, usually occupied with other things or afk, so I would try and like to get a seamless flow of games going when they are going, if ya know what i mean, lol
*01.FIRST GAME - STOCK, AO, NM. | [NN] (team captains can bid for arty or mines if prefered)
this way everyone gets a chance to connect to the host properly and we can determine if there is a better host during games and we want people to click in with their set-ups as quickly as possible so games can start and everyone can have fun. Newer players can get a chance to learn the maps, where artys and rep-bays are located.
MISSION: INVASION MODE (possible map choices) CAPBASE, BAKWOODS, THREE, RANDOM, FORT, - secure enemy zone status! Hold HQs and defend!
*02.SECOND GAME - MODS 6/8 | CBBR, AO, NM. | [NN] (stock can be allowed for mod games, team captains bid for arty and mines if prefered)
this way the veteran players can now get a feeling for the flow of games and have a chance to modify their mechs with some lethal weaponry that can give their team the boost it needs to succeed at the mission.
MISSION: RESISTANCE (possible map choices) URBAN, DEATHVALLEY, CAPISLES, KING-ISLE, KOTH, BLOOD, CAPBASE DM - defend the landing zones!
*03.THIRD GAME - WILDCARD - (players may choose to go stock or mods, one battlemech may allow 8/10 for long range or unlimited choice for guns like rail guns, longtoms, ppcs ect. or team captains can bid for choice of rules or modifications within the rules ie 1MadCat, 3Ullers | Jagermechs & Awesomes | Loki + Thors )
this gives a chance for both teams, new players and veterans alike to have a final stance at eachother and players can use their tactics to the best of their advantage in this final round.
MISSION: FINAL ENDGAME (possible map choices) THREE, CAPBASE, CAPBASE DM, CAPBASE ISLES, KING ISLES, RANDOM, BAKWOODS. DEATHVALLEY, MANY BASES, FORT - Secure dominance over the planetary system and secure victory over the enemy, master the master of all areas.
I think 3 games isn't too hard to ask for when we actually have some folks that are waiting to play in a 2v2 or 3v3 situation and we want games to start. 1st game stock is always good so people can connect and i think connection is a big thing with this game. First 3 games can be PORT ARTHUR and if the tournament extends later into the evening we can do the proceeding next 3 pays in CERMAK tile set or something like this. I just want to keep things interesting and of course, keep playing the game we all love and know, MechCommander. Ok see you on the battlefield, Commander!
